1.1 - Airport Furniture Design

Our Design Engineering department consists of experienced Airport product designers, Mechanical Design Engineers for undertaking structural load calculations, along with Chartered Engineers for ensuring ASIAD compliance, and certifying the As Built designs.

We use Solidworks Pro modelling package with a vast library of assemblies, parts & components from previous Airport interior furniture designs. This includes a sophisticated Product Data Management system ensuring engineering controls capture and process any project changes as they happen. All of our Airport interior furniture designs are compliant with ASIAD & fire ratings, and structural load implications.

1.2 - Project Management

We understand the importance of being able to meet key project milestones whilst maintaining product quality. That is why we appoint Project Managers to any project regardless of size.

Our Project Managers control every aspect of the project life-cycle from concept to manufacture, installation and handover. This service includes leadership, planning, stakeholder management, control and successful delivery of projects on your behalf.

1.3 - Structural Designs

If required, we can undertake structural engineering consultancy on behalf of our customers.

Our Engineers are fully qualified Chartered Structural Engineers with experience in managing strucural design, being familiar with ASIAD , Project collaboration and archiving systems, and Building Control Self-Assessment proceses

1.4 - Aviation Security in Airport Development (ASIAD)

ASIAD is an advice document produced by the UK’s Department for Transport, which has been adopted for use in other leading international airports.

Knowing how critical it is for a safer airport environment by protecting against hostile terrorist action, we design all of our landside products and or installations to meet ASIAD

1.5 - Installation

When it comes to installations, our emphasis is on Safety. We want to ensure our site teams, and those they work with, go home safe at the end of the day.

All of our sites operations are managed by Site Managers, reporting directly into our Project Management teams. As a minimum, our Site Managers are Black CSCS Card qualfied and trained First Aiders.

We also have CPCS Appointed Persons: Lifting Operations A61 qualified Site Supervisors to undertake any lifting operations should they be required

Our Device Charging product line – Boost – has been designed, developed and manufactured with passenger experience at the forefront.

These Device Charging solutions seamlessly integrate into any area within a Terminal building offering time-short passengers rapid device charging opportunities.

All products are integrated with the latest Qi wireless charging technology and endorsed by the Wireless Power Consortium, thanks to our strategic partnership with Aircharge.

2.3 - Security Checkpoint Furniture

We specialise in designing and manufacturing Security Preparation furniture, to be located in landside Security zones, for passengers to segregate liquids, aerosols and gels before entering Security.

We have supplied bespoke solutions for Heathrow Airport and Hamad International Airport. More recently, we have commissioned our own Security Preparation product line – Secure – for “plug and play” installations. These designs are ASIAD compliant, and take on board best practices gained from our previous work in this area.

2.4 - Counters

Our Counter product line – Air – offers durable and efficient workspace systems created for both landside and airside needs.

All our designs take into account aesthetics, budgetary and operational requirements, aswell as being suitable for busy and high-traffic areas. All materials are customisable and similar designs can be adopted for check-in, gate, information, immigration and passport counters.

2.5 - Architectural & Structural Metalwork

We are able to supply architectural metalwork, structural steelwork & sheet metalwork for all types of Airport installations, including Wayfinding Signage, Wall Linings, Monoliths, Trolley Barriers and Glass Screens.

All of our metalwork installations comply with ASIAD and Building Regulations.

2.6 - Specialised Commercial Joinery

Our business was established as a Joinery contractor, and we have continued throughout the years to invest in skilled staff and advanced woodworking technology, to enable us to satisfy our blue chip clients with quality craftsmanship and joinery expertise.

2.7 - Wall Linings

We manufacture and install a range of wall lining systems using Glass, Decorative Timber & Laminates and Solid Surface cladding to suit the requirements of any airport environment and other public space.

Our internal wall linings meet high performance low smoke fire credentials, and offer outstanding reaction to blast, meeting all ASIAD approvals.
